Went to visit COS to see if I can find the dress I was thinking about is on sale now. I am the only customer with two staffs. Clearly they were too busy to talking about their families members, their siblings, their half siblings and their quarter siblings etc rather than looking after a client. Shameful.

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, I will be telling everyone I meet and know to never shop at this store, the asian guy working there is the most awkward rude person, we were walking around the store for only a few seconds and he said to us thanks for coming…..just absolutely randomly out of nowhere, so I replied we’re not leaving yet lol and he looked like he felt so stupid, I think because there were two females next to him he felt dumb and embarrassed.
