Love it! Clothes are fun and interesting
Three separate phone calls rang out at 10.30 am on a Wednesday morning. Thankfully Cos Melbourne is better organised and patronised
The staff here act like they’re superior, being passive-aggressive and sarcastic when I, as a customer, was undecided about what to purchase. I don’t think I did anything wrong nor the store was busy, yet they were ridiculously mean - I don't think customer service should be like this at all. COS Armadale should re-evaluate their hiring process for store personnel.
