Staff today were super helpful and efficient which allowed me to complete a much overdue wardrobe overhaul that I’m in love with! Clothes are high quality made with high quality sewing patterns - not just elastic waists like everywhere else at the moment.
I had such a wonderful experience shopping today. One of the team members who helped me (I believe her name was Vim) was absolutely exceptional. Shopping for clothes can sometimes feel overwhelming for me, and finding pieces that fit well and feel right can be challenging, but she made the whole experience so much easier. As others have mentioned, the level of service here is disappointing. We were spoken to quite aggressively by an assistant while simply trying to check the price of an item on a mannequin, and it felt like we were being treated as if we were trying to steal. When we asked to try the item, they even brought the wrong colour, which just added to the frustration. I’ve shopped in COS stores around the world and have never had an experience this negative.
