I came in to try some pants I put on hold I was greeted so warmly and everyone Working was super kind I struggle so much shopping and it’s not my favourite activity I would like to shoutout The assistant who was managing the change room - you made me feel so comfortable even tho I find shopping for pants really anxiety inducing! As others have mentioned, the level of service here is disappointing. We were spoken to quite aggressively by an assistant while simply trying to check the price of an item on a mannequin, and it felt like we were being treated as if we were trying to steal. When we asked to try the item, they even brought the wrong colour, which just added to the frustration. I’ve shopped in COS stores around the world and have never had an experience this negative.
The staff here are always so friendly and helpful! The changing area also has nice natural light and good mirrors.
