Bravo to the team at Bondi Junction. The staff actually greeted me as I walked in ! Tarrin that was working in the change rooms - was everything you expect from someone working in retail / customer service but hardly ever find. Theres a lovely new manager and shes doing a great job - actually made shopping fun - who knew!!
Bought basic white tees that were on sale online, but noticed on the way back they weren’t discounted even though they appeared to be the exact same item. Called to ask about it, was told it’s a “newer version” so not eligible, which is insane because it’s literally the most basic white tee pack that I have been getting for ages. I only asked if they could price match to avoid returning, but the response was dismissive and unprofessional. A shame cuz you lost a regular COS enjoyer.
