I had a Horrible experience with this store and will never shop here again. I have been shopping at COS for many years and recently purchased several items. Unfortunately after following the exact wash instructions for a polo shirt I purchased it still shrank the first wash. I contacted COS as it did feel unfair that my $100 shirt didn’t survive even one wash. Their refund policy is horrible!!! I went there to return a shirt after spending $1000 the week before, and they asked me if i had the original receipt. I told them no but i have the charge in my credit card as prove of purchase, surely they can take a look to the card or my bank statement and check my purchases. They said they could actually do that, but they don’t do it in this store, and they couldn’t help me. I spent 1000$ there and they are losing a client for not exchanging an $80 shirt, clowns!

I arrived at COS store to make a return at 6:45 pm today. Upon my arrival, the store was already closed even though the store closing hours are 7pm. I drove from an hour away in 38 degree weather to make this return. This was my first time shopping at the store and prob the last time too. If I could have been here a bit earlier I would have, I was stuck Houston rush hour traffic.
