Walked into COS today and got the full VIP treatment, total invisibility. Not a single “hello” in sight. Third time’s the charm? Nope, third time’s the last. Downgrade complete.
Josh is the best! Got exactly what I needed because of him, great customer service at this store.
Poor customer service. One guy works in the women’s department needs to learn how to treat people with respect. Worst experience ever. Used to be a regular but will never go back.
Very bad customer experience as the male staff was very fierce and bad attitude to us. Will avoid going square one COS for sure.
