I visited this store today April 16th, around 3:30 PM to buy a shirt, but I ended up leaving empty-handed because of the way I was treated. I found the item I wanted and was heading toward the checkout when a staff member—who appeared to be a manager as he had a large set of keys—began staring at me pointedly. I’ve loved COS for years but the quality of service at this location cannot compare to overseas stores. Wouldn’t set foot here and would rather wait until my next overseas trip.
Not good collection anymore, kinda look weird
