The fitting room staff today were quite rude. Even during busy times, staff should still be polite and respectful to customers.
Visited the Elizabeth St store today determined to buy something beautiful. About 5 male sales assistants (I use the term loosely) milling around. Not a greeting, a hello, a how are you, what are you looking for. Downright rude and dismissive. Two of them were Busy having a chat at the change room door and didn’t even acknowledge me going into the change room. Really disappointing
Clothes here are always beautiful. I got a nice wool jacket which I will wear a lot. The staff around fitting rooms were nice and welcoming. There was just one guy standing in the cashier being really rude with no greeting with me at all. And he just literally hit my hand when I left the one I wanna grab on the counter. When I got hit by his hand, I said whoops showing my unpleasure. But he got no response to my words and to his behavior which really upset me. Came in this morning 10/03 at 11 am and the staff were really rude, unbothered and walking around- pretending like they couldn’t see me. One girl seemed like it was such a huge deal for her to search up an item for me.
