Whenever I visit, the tall Asian staff (not sure if she is Chinese or Indian) is consistently rude and off-putting. She never smiles, always looks irritated, and her customer service is terrible. Even when I spent a significant amount of money buying clothes and bags, she handled the interaction as if it were a major burden. Extremely disappointing. Please be careful. This place has the best clothing around right now
I have shopped at Cos Elizabeth Street since it opened. Cos is one of my favourite brands, all the staff are very helpful and it is always a pleasure to shop here.
