Staff were really cold. No greeting from anyone, not even a hi at the register, all I got was “who can I checkout next”. Really nice clothes but the lack of customer service makes me not want to go back
This has to be my first Google review. I Have always loved shopping at Cos Store Chadstone for years now. I went to the Strand Cos store today and bought three things totaling over $800. The cashier, a man with a brown cap, beard, and black hoodie, chose not to wrap any of my wool and cashmere items. No paper wrapped, no washing bag included at all.
