This has to be my first Google review. I Have always loved shopping at Cos Store Chadstone for years now. I went to the Strand Cos store today and bought three things totaling over $800. The cashier, a man with a brown cap, beard, and black hoodie, chose not to wrap any of my wool and cashmere items. No paper wrapped, no washing bag included at all. Awful customer service! No service whatsoever and when approaching the staff inquiry for the gift recommendation, there was no help or recommendation from the staff. The attitude and grumpy face put me off wanting to continue my conversation. Then the staff member passed my query to other staff also acted like they did not care - “just whatever we have” and walked away. I would not recommend this store to anyone if you come here looking for gift ideas!
I love COS for its design. Visited COS Melbourne recently and I have to agree with some of the reviews. This COS Elizabeth store in need of customer service training, "no greet, no smiles, no effort to provide assistance" and the attitude they gave you is take it or leave it. In future I'd rather do the shop online than stepping into this store to contribute to their sales KPI. Shocking attitude esp the plus sized female staff at cashier.
