With the new office in place, I can always do my taxes in a flash. Love the employees always helpful.
Take some time to listen to your customers and don't talk over them. While you deal with these issues everyday, the people that are calling you do not and maybe your explanation needs to be fleshed out more. Cutting customers off mid sentence and repeating yourself when the customer is trying to ask a different follow on question is extremely unprofessional. I get it your job can be frustrating, but you're in public service. If you can't handle it get a different job.
