Just called for a rare product in stock this time of year. They didn’t have it but happily Refered me to another shop (my usual) shop. I’ll definitely be checking these folks out next time!
Absolutely no after support if you buy a brand new bike from this shop
Been happily taking my bikes here for years. New ownership came in and things have changed.. Overcharged me. Kept it for weeks without letting me know it was ready. Still not fixed properly. Had to take it elsewhere. Lost a customer for life. Hopefully they can make some improvements in the future.
Top notch customer service, excellent pricing. They went above and beyond getting me into a new bike. Definatly do not hesitate going to see Ethan or Ron
