Great place for your family
Sad that NYU Langone took over. Overall terrible experience. All about the dollar, patients are not the focus, profit only.
I had this doctor for years with no issues, probably been with them since my early teens up until my mid 30s. However my job at the time had limited me from seeing them for a while due to their hours as it just wasn't practical. I booked an appointment a couple weeks in advance and 6 days before my appointment I get a nasty receptionist on the phone telling me that Dr. Muscara isn't taking any new patients at this time. Great Doctors, but Administrative Staff is very unreliable. Trying to get a prescription filled for diabetes medicine over a week. First they say I have to go for blood test, which I did. Then after waiting for prescroption refill my Drug store tells me that they have been trying to get in touch with the office and nobodg is calling them back. So I call the office, they say that will call me back in a little while and they never do
