We were wow-ed throughout the whole process of changing our construction loan into a mortgage loan with Cory and his PCB crew! They were personable, prompt, and honest, making our transition as seamless as we could have ever imagined. We felt like Cory, Megan, and Isaac went the extra mile for us and their experience was evident and greatly appreciated. How many people can say they had NO hiccups and everything was closed as planned? 10/10 recommend!
