I can’t say enough of this bus company!!!! We booked with them for our 🍷 🚌 this past wknd and all went so smoothly!!! The bus was exactly what we were looking for!!! Our driver was AWESOME and the whole experience from day 1 of booking to the end of our event was incredible!!! THANK YOU for an amazing experience!!!! Looking forward to booking year #4 next year ❤️
Whoever runs the olean office is a piece of work!! I had a bus helper or whatever you want to call them talk about my son to her granddaughter because the granddaughter bullied my niece! She went as far as telling her where I live!! When I called to tell the Olean office (I had been directed to do so by the school program director.) I was told “what do you want me to do” while audibly laughing. The “bus helper” went the next day and told her granddaughter she got in trouble because the little girl went back to the school and... read more
Awful...they never communicate when they're gonna be late or early or when they're not going to come at all...the bus drivers can't handle a kid with disabilities....constantly complaining about my son and the aides have let my son run off the bus in the road multiple times !!!
