I had a very disappointing experience with this moving company. The customer service was unprofessional, the person on the phone had a smart mouth and was rude instead of helpful. Definitely not the kind of attitude you want when dealing with something as stressful as moving.

We moved from Etown to Franklin. This is a fantastic group of people to work with. The crew that we had, Levi, Jeff, Alex, Joe, Donte (spelled wrong), and a couple of others that I did not get the names for, we some of the most professional and respectful folks that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Guys they sent were great! They were quick, efficient, and knew what they were doing. Also fun to chat with. I shopped around a bit before making the move, they gave me the lowest quote by far and we still came in under that due to getting done faster. 10/10 will use again.

This company moved me twice. The first two times were fine. They broke a small inexpensive desk and offered to pay for it immediately. I declined…it was an accident and under warranty so no big deal. They took their sweet time and ran up over 1700 I was super shocked…they literally only moved me down the road. I was grateful not to have to lift anything and it was a worry free move. I just called for an estimate…their prices doubled!!! WAY TOO EXPENSIVE! Then he told me it could take TWO DAYS! I felt he was trying to milk me... read more
