Terrible. They approved my workers compensation and still have not paid me going on 45 days after approval without being paid. Pretty sure it’s illegal what they are doing, with holding pay from an approved claim. My adjusters name is kenara, it’s not that hard to pay someone what they are owed. Just because I have an Attourney representing me doesn’t mean you guys do not have to pay me. This is ridiculous.
Corvel and my workman's comp Rep, Jessica, has been so unprofessional and lazy. Worst company and customer service. Not responsive to inquiries and lazy in processing my claims and biweekly pay checks. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau
