They've always been helpful and professional.
They can’t give you a change unless you have an account. That is the most outrageous thing I have ever heard in my entire life. I get if they can’t cash other checks etc because they’re not a big bank like Wells Fargo. You’re telling me though, as a Bank, you’re not able to provide change for someone if they have an ID and got the cash from your ATM that only offers $20’s and $100 bills. I just moved to this town less than a week ago and needed to move banks. Bye….
There is no since of welcome. Kim new accounts associate over processes paperwork never addresses policy that goes against customer needs leaving confusion. CorTrust as a brand is awesome. CorTrust Glencoe needs a facelift the gloomy outdated building leaves a stale feeling and not somewhere I would want my money to grow.
They have the worst website ever for online banking, constant technical problems, very unreliable
