We recently moved to Mayer, and needed a Notary so my husband called the local bank CorTrust. We asked them if one was available and if we could use their service despite not being a customer and they said absolutely and told us to come in. Once we arrive they asked if we banked with them, which we replied no, but we were told that it would be ok regardless over the phone.
