Natalie went above and beyond to help me - great customer service!
I walked in to try to get an auto loan and the lady in the first office wasn’t very interested in helping me, I was quick so I guess it could’ve gone worse but don’t understand why a bank doesn’t want my money
Stopped in to use the atm and of course it gave me all $20's. I thought hey ill just see if the bank can switch out for $100's. When I went to the window I was met with a very nice person, unfortunately she told me they dont do that for none member.... the only reason im not giving a 1 star is cause she made an exception. To me this is not a big deal but it didn't scream "Hey we are easy to bank with and want new members " Maybe you dont want new members. Ill check back some day and see if the policy changes.

Really awful attitude of the manager on duty. Couldn't have told me in any worse way about the limitations of them being open on Saturday. What a shameful example for everyone else working there. Zero professionalism. I'll be closing out my account within the next month.
