Very nice and extremely diligent when it comes to customer service. Sadly this extends into them wanting to run a full BACKGROUND CHECK if you want to cash a bond through them. Most places just check id so that they know who to contact if something doesn't go through
I banked with wellsfargo for 20 years. i have got better service and a better relationship with this bank after 1 month then i ever received from wellsfargo. If you bank here you will be delighted
