I went through the drive thru of this bank to get a roll of quarters. I was told "we only service members of this bank." I was shocked by these words as this is a college town and I thought the local banks would be open to anyone. I guess not when it comes to this bank. And the terms used by the guy at the drive up window made me feel like I went back in to the 1950's segregation. I am truly embarrassed to have Lakota street signs in front of this bank - it is not a friendly bank. Will I ever go back - NOPE. Will I recommend... read more
Was interested in joining the CorClub and spoke to Dianne G on the phone on Feb 5 24. She said she'd send me the newsletters etc. and shared the activities they participate in. She has sent me absolutely nothing in 6 weeks. Called her office again today & a different gal asked me to spell my last name 3 times during the conversation. My 30 plus year relationship with this bank is over. They've lost touch with the older customer, unfortunately for them I'm moving my accounts.
