Selection I could not believe how many different kinds of tile are in this small store! There was so much to choose from it made deciding difficult. But the staff was great at helping me pick out what was just right for my bathroom! They really know their stuff and the tile I order came in very quickly. They also had all the tools and supplies I needed to do the job myself!
Perfect Place for Tile Cortina Tile and Marble is a great place to go and get good quality service. Over this past summer, I got tile to do a backsplash for my kitchen. The employees were very helpful and pointed me in the right direction. I would recommend them to anyone as they were recommended to me too.
Fabulous If you are looking for a place that really knows their stuff and are willing to help you this is the place. The staff is very knowledgeable and will always help you make the right decision. I love how my kitchen came out. They helped us match our cabinets to our tile an even helped us pick out a counter top.
Poor Customer Service Very Poor Customer Service Skills when a customer calls to discuss why their contractor was allowed to dramatically alter an order after Cortina promised they never allow that to be done. Only the customer can change the order. EXTREMELY rude Manager, he yelled at me and told me there are worse things in the world than them allowing my contractor to completely change my order on me and stick me with an outrageously higher bill to pay - AFTER guaranteeing me that they would not allow it to be done. Don't Overlook Them Cortina offered a huge selection of tile and some of the highest quality tile in the area. They will cut custom pieces for you if you are installing yourself. They take back leftover tile without a hassle. We thoroughly enjoyed working with them.
Great Selections Tile galore, very helpful staff, they even went out of there way after ordering tile they delivered it right to house because not all way had arrived at the store when I picked it up--now that's service
