I am just telling everyone what has happened to me, you can make your own decision, Carlos did wrong by me, he rolled over my IRA which I agreed on and also another acct which was supposed to be rolled over and was not, I was directed by him to liquidate and was not informed or advised of the tax consequences, therefore, I had to pay the IRS last year 20,000 for money I never cashed out and he took it out of my IRA which now I am paying taxes for in 2023 and it also hurt my SS.
