I recently used Cortez Cab to pick my son and I up from KOA campground to get a rental car in town to use to go visit Mesa Verde National Park. They responded to my original e-mail in a timely fashion. I called to remind them to pick us up at the KOA on the day of our arrival in Cortez. Someone immediately answered the phone. Our driver, Ed, was on time at KOA for our pick-up and he was even waiting for us when we dropped off the rental car on a Sunday morning.
