I do not recommend using **** Furniture. I have been a loyal customer to them and have not been treated as such. There was a rain storm that damaged a rug. I spent an hour and half on the phone with customer service (***** and *****) that said the Protection Plan I paid extra for covers the rug. I spent two hours wrapping and transporting damaged rug (50lbs) so **** can pick it up at an easier location according to customer service guidance. I would never rent from that company again or recommend someone. We got damaged and dirty furniture, the mattress did not fit the bed frame, and we could not use the bed frame on the first night as some parts were missing, and the crew had to come the next day to try and assemble it again. And on top of it, they charged us for the days after we returned the furniture. They do not work on weekends, but our lease was expiring on Sunday. So, no, never again.
