I was trying to schedule food and medical services for my mother and was rudely greated by “kathy/cady”. I thought there were medical services available for elderly and the receptionist kept repeating the institutions name and hung up. I called about 10 times after and its goes to voicemail after a while. If the receptionist is this inpatient and unprofessional, I can imagine how others are actually treated in there.
