If you happen to deal with her, make her write everything down in B&W as she will not honor her words, even being exceptionally blunt and rude when you confront her. Definitely not recommend.
I worked at law firms for the past 17 years and have bought and sold homes through many notaries in different provinces. It was the least efficient and worst experience we ever had. She honored a discount when we signed the documents and revoked it after without telling us. She told us that she "misunderstood" the bank. She even mentioned she could charge us for the "extra" time she used to "service" us. I should not have hired her.
Our experience with Realty One Legal Services was excellent! Corrine and her assistant, Adrienne, were knowledgeable, professional and friendly during the legal process of our home purchase. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
