Not a massage at all. Went with a very sore upper back, never asked me why I was there and proceeded to spend 30 min on my left leg literally touching it then when I asked for more pressure digging an elbow in my leg. Eventually she went to my lower back I was thinking oh good, next minute back to left leg, I only had an hour booked and was 35 min in and not feeling comfortable at all by the lack of actual technique being used.
