Looks good but didn't really have what we wanted
Hi Sam, I was disappointed to see my review had been deleted as I know you weren't happy with the one star I gave you. I'll just remind your customers what I said. After purchasing a Lazyboy leather lounge and 2 recliners 5 years ago for $6500 in a matter of months the foam went soft. We are in our 70s and both small people. The chairs had to be fixed 2 more times after being inspected by Lazyboy as recently as 3 months ago. Great sales service, unfortunately very much lacking in their aftersales service. As anyone reading can see I got more service, in a public response... Than in 3 interactions with the store... Luckily a closing down sale no one will expect after sales service.
