I would recommend this moving company to anyone! Ashley and Brad were superb from beginning to end. Such professional and kind people! Our move was from MI to CA, and from the first contact to the very last contact, every person along the way was top notch, knew what they were doing, did it right, were on time, took very good care of our old family pieces, and understood that even though they do this every day, for us it was not an "every day" event. Of all our moves, experience with movers, this was the best. Will not hesitate to use again and will recommend to friends.
In years past, I have used the "services" of friends to move. I have also used Two Men and a Truck in 3 previous moves. (We used to move often). I had booked an international shipment (some inherited furniture) from Germany with International Moving Services, and Corrigan was their agent at the receiving end in the San Francisco Bay Area. A couple of days before pick up in Germany IMS called me and said they had to add several hundred dollars to the quote for delivery to my door in San Francisco, so I choose pick up from their warehouse. I have never written a negative review before, but after what I have been through, I want to make sure no one else has to go through this. I used Corrigan to move from Ann Arbor to Orlando, and it has been nothing but a nightmare! I paid for full value protection and the packers did not even wrap or pad any of my furniture. The worse part was at the destination. I had furniture in brand-new condition and pretty much every single piece arrived badly scratched, chipped, or broken. We had a very tight time frame, between Christmas and New Years, to get our move done. Jim Richie came over right-away and gave us an estimate. Paula McClure coordinated the entire move anticipating all our needs such as extra packers and materials. Then the best part of all.
