They are complete narcs about making returns They tried to tell me that bc the jeans I bought 6 days ago were wrinkled, that they couldn’t give me a refund even tho they agreed there were 0 stains, just “creases” that could easily be ironed. When I said I never wore them out, they tried to make it seem like I was lying weirdo behavior. Very overpriced store anyway for the quality
I've always loved Corridor's men's t-shirts, though what's more remarkable is their customer service. I recently had an issue with an online order, and more times than not these days that would lead to countless emails and phone calls to eventually get to a resolution. But instead, Megan with customer support addressed my issue immediately and competently. This is yet another reason to support this great company!
I bought pants from here literally less than 6 months ago and today at work as I looked in the mirror I saw my pants were RIPPED in the crotch area. Literally this has NEVER happened to me for any pants, wtf?! My partner warned me that the quality was cheap, but I liked the design so I got it, but now I completely regret it especially for the price point. These were like $300. NOT worth it. Cheap af quality.
I had a zipper in my jeans break and they wouldn’t help me get it fixed
Love the clothes at Corridor! Austin at the location on Elizabeth street was a join to work with and he has a great sense of style!
