My E/One grinder pump was having issues. Dylan (Technician) from Correct Equipment helped resolve my E/One issue! Very friendly, easy to talk to, passionate about his trade, and excellent communication. He goes the extra mile to ensure the job is done! An invaluable asset to Correct Equipment Inc. I called Correct Equipment Inc. and spoke with a woman named Lauren. When I asked, “Can you hear me?” she just replied, “No, I can’t hear you bye,” and hung up immediately. Even if there was a connection issue, that’s not how you handle a customer call. A little patience or professionalism would’ve gone a long way. Very disappointing experience and not what I’d expect from a company representing itself to the public.

Explanation of complaint: Mfg, and their agent(CorrectEquipmentInc) did not honor warranty. Charged an additional $6700 for replacement of pump claimed not to be covered under a qualified installation(APP) steps to receive 3 additional years of coverage. Follow the APP, step by step, and you will qualify for the extra 3 years, over and above the mfg of 2 years. Pump failed, and mfg did not recognize warranty. Phenomenal service! Called and got a quote and they sent an amazing serviceman (Jackson) out the next day! He definitely went the extra mile for us. Diagnosed and replaced our old E1 pump the same day! Our home is back to normal again!! Thank you!!!
