I called Correct Equipment Inc. and spoke with a woman named Lauren. When I asked, “Can you hear me?” she just replied, “No, I can’t hear you bye,” and hung up immediately. Even if there was a connection issue, that’s not how you handle a customer call. A little patience or professionalism would’ve gone a long way. Very disappointing experience and not what I’d expect from a company representing itself to the public.
