O stars, water department came out 04/30/2026, turned water off saying bill not paid. Stopped him showed him my bank statement showing it was paid. He even took a picture of it, he called it in. Then said his supervisor ( a woman) told him the bill hasn't had a payment since February and to have me call because the amount I showed I paid wouldn't even cover the bill (amount owed). Worst utility services I have had to deal with. They charge an insane amount for no usage at all.
