HORRIBLE ONLINE SERVICES....IT'S ALWAYS BREAKING AND WONT ALLOW YOU TO PAY ONLINE AND I THINK I JUST RECEIVED AN EMAIL THAT MAY BE A SCAM REQUESTING PAYMENT WHEN I ALREADY HAVE AUTO PAY.....BEWARE
Autopay doesnt work. Pay-online system doesn't work. Pay-by-phone system doesnt work. Can't get a human being on the phone there ever ever ever. Trying to figure out what all those city employees we're paying down there are actually doing! So in order to pay my bill, I've got to go out in this heat with my serious lung issues, carry my crippled self somewhere they take payments, hobble inside, manage to stand in line leaning on my cane, for the privilege of paying my water bill. Useless.

Cant pay utilities, and it seems purposeful. Can't get help on the phone, there's always a queue of 30-100 others ahead of you. No, they don't call you back. No there is no other assistance. No the website does not work, you can't make payments or set up autopay. The automated phone system also doesn't work, you get halfway through paying your bill and find yourself in the queue for the phone. You can mail it in, but best to do so at least 2 weeks in advance of the due date. Best bet is to get in line at the nearest HEB. It ... read more
