Took in my taxes on Friday. The tax consultant said they have a specialist who can help with deductions and complete the long form. She wasn’t there that Friday, but on Monday she would call me to complete my taxes. Monday I called they said she was out and didn’t show up for work. Tuesday no call all day to complete the long form deductions. Wednesday I back to speak to the specialist she was not at work. This was my 1st time doing my Income and never will i do it with this service ever again! It has been a week that my status says “sent” which it should be faxed to their office and the manager Tenika has not been any helpful! I text her to ask in a friendly manner, if she can kindly check when she has time to see if any checks faxed in and she never responds. When i call her, she even ignores my calls. What an unprofessional way to treat your customers/clients! Thank you Tenika for your extremely poor service!
