Atty Breshears was very knowledgeable and informative on our call. He explained the probate process clearly and listened carefully to my questions. My sister, brothers and I need to discuss whether or not to go ahead with probate on our deceased brother’s behalf but your attorney will be at the top of our list if we do.
I had to wait over two weeks for this appointment. Then the day came of the appointment and the attorney wasn’t ready and I had to wait like 30 minutes. I had the attorney’s name was Dylan Hickey. He seemed nice enough and he gave me part of the time of when he was able to and it was just before lunch.
