Don't believe the reviews posted,there from staff and management Where do I start!!! I went for a tour,& was told so many positive things that this place provides,I was so happy to what was said,so I trusted what the lady said,so I brought my dear father from Geelong to this place, when dad got here,he went from bed to bed,I was promised a wheelchair,air mattress,all staff are RN, shower every morning, activities, anything to make this my dad's forever happy, comfortable home, Yeah right!!!! Worst place to work is payroll team in VMCH. Staff is extremely rude and company is unkind being Not for profit. Ppl act like a machine have no values, ethics or empathetic for anyone. Haven seen such a rude place. Extremely arrogant culture.
