The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. They sent my company bills to someone not registered on the account. When they acknowledged their wrong doing, they did absolutely Nothing to reconcile the accumulated fees, after they said they would. If I could give 0 stars I would. Please use other agents.
They took my money and never paid the tax and fees to the State of Delaware. Will not communicate. I consider this a scam. Avoid at all costs.

This company ghosted on me 3 years in to serving as my registered agent. Stopped returning calls and emails when I asked how to shut down the LLC they helped me file. We canceled the LLC thought the state, but still haven't heard from them. I can't find them on BBB to file a complaint. 15 phone calls in 11 months- nothing.
