This company ghosted on me 3 years in to serving as my registered agent. Stopped returning calls and emails when I asked how to shut down the LLC they helped me file. We canceled the LLC thought the state, but still haven't heard from them. I can't find them on BBB to file a complaint. 15 phone calls in 11 months- nothing.
