This company is a scam. I called customer service multiple times for issues with my nuans report, they have an automated message that makes you initially think you are speaking to customer service specialist then as you start talking it cuts in and says they cannot hear you and asks you to call back - the exact same thing happened when my partner tried calling with the identical script being said. Registered several corporations through here.
I cannot recommend this company based on my current experience. As of September 19th, 2024, I am still waiting on an order placed on August 19th, 2024. Despite the significant delay, I was informed by the team that I could expedite the process by upgrading to priority service for an additional $100. Otherwise, I was told it could take several more weeks to receive my federal corporation. This level of service has been disappointing.
Have helped two clients incorporate their businesses using corporationcentre.ca in the last two months and always a smooth experience. Plenty of resources on the site so do your homework and read before you start. I think the negative reviews here are from people who didn’t really do that.
