Fred is simply great. I came in to exchange a chair I was unhappy with (discomfort after extended use, not his fault), and he was with another customer already. Not only did he get me squared away quickly for my simple task, he did so while working with the other customer AND without neglecting said customer at all (tried my best to be undisruptive). Before I spoke to Fred White, I had basically given up all hope of finding any customizable office desk configuration for my husband's office that was going to suit our needs in our 100 year old home in St. Matthews.
