The job was not cut to specs -- margins were completely cut-off. Now to be fair, they did not argue this, nor fight us on doing a reprint, but the reprint took weeks, I had to hound them to even respond to an email. I sent at least 4 emails and called multiple times over a 2 week period and got no responses.
