The new owners bought the company and cleared house. Guys that have been working here for 30+ years got fired right there on the spot. Don't give your business to a company that doesn't care about it's own employees
I’ve been working with disk now for the last 8 months for e-commerce fulfillment and they have been incredible. Honestly a hidden gem in the 3PL world. Cindy and Tina specifically have been so helpful and have advocated for us when we hit some minor hiccups and they’re always on the ball helpful us when needed. Thanks to the whole Disk team for managing shipping and fulfillment for all my customers! We couldn’t do it without you!
I contacted them 9 times by mail and chat and try to call, but never received call back or mail back. I don`t know where my packet is. Are they fraud?
