I attempted to contact the corporate office in regards of a bus driver, that decide to accelerate as I'm crossing the parking lot structure....when contact was made with said driver johnny. He brags about his driving expertise and did not hold himself accountable for creating a driving hazard. I reached out to the corporate office in regards of his behavior. I was placed on hold than whomever hangs up the phone... This is unprofessional and bad behavior of entitlement. Team work reflects leadership

We had an outstanding experience with this charter bus company from start to finish. The coordination and support leading up to our trip made everything easy and stress-free. A special shoutout to our driver, JD—he was excellent! He arrived ahead of schedule, which allowed us to leave early and even arrive at our destination ahead of time. Both the trip there and the ride home were smooth, seamless, and very well-managed.
