I usually do mobile banking but I occasionally have to call the Towanda branch for assistance. Whenever I do they always do their best to help me right away. If they aren't able to answer right then, they will actually call me back after getting the correct answer. I've been banking here for 30 years!
Love the service. My wife and I have been members since 2010. Her name was first on the account as she was the one who opened it. When she passed away in April of this year, the tellers have been very courteous to me and helped me through the process of using the life insurance to pay off her loan. They have been very sympathetic, even when I go in and talk about my wife. They truly care about their members.
The tellers are always nice and professional and help me with my banking needs.
