CAFCU, needs to concentrate on "member" owned instead of their own policy. You have no access out of town, no 24 hr service, pay fees for ATM service. Get back to what made CAFCU. Other than that what's the point? Wells Fargo and Bank of America and even better Truliant are right done the street.
