Sent a demand letter which was delivered ln Oct 3rd. They have been unresponsive. Will be sending a letter informing them of legal action.
Sent a letter over 2 weeks ago that was delivered in person, asking to have my facebook account reinstated as facebook have no customer support. Do not even have the decency to reply.
I am deeply disappointed with the representation of Google by CSC - Lawyers Incorporating Service. It is disheartening to see honest reviews being removed, which undermines the integrity and transparency that users expect. I hope that CSC reconsiders its practices and upholds the values of fairness and honesty in all its dealings.
I called skeptically wondering if a Small Claims Court "Plaintiff's Claim and Order" certified mail served by the Court Clerk would be accepted by CSC Corporation on behalf of its principal (here Google LLC) for which it is agent. Amazingly, I got an immediate response in the affirmative.
