I had the worst experience at Cornell Tax Services. The staff was incredibly disrespectful and rude. Not only that, but they didn't know what they were doing; I had to correct them on basic tax information multiple times. To make matters worse, the price they quoted me originally, which I verified twice, changed completely when it came time to pay. Avoid this place at all costs.
My experience with Cornell Tax Services was absolutely awful. The people working there were rude and totally unprofessional. They constantly made mistakes and I had to explain basic tax rules to them. And just to top it off, despite being quoted one price twice, they hiked it up right before I paid. Don't go here
