Idiots can't even put a modem back in the system. Never had service because the idiots don't know how to troubleshoot. I returned my modem less then a week after receiving it. My account has been closed for a couple of months and now I get a bill for 106 for the modem. Of course after talking to individuals that don't know jack about the company they work for or their policy I give up and will wait until Monday to talk to the billing section again. Dumpy kiosk lower level of dismal mall. Not even a store. Employees were of no use. Couldn't help with problem of not being able to send e mails. Just a smurk on their faces. Low class service and low level employees. Avoid this carrier totally.
Avoid on weekends, Teen hang out – It looks dark and cramped in there, while I was shopping a group of young boys stopped me and asked for money. It made me uncofortable. I think I'll just run into the department store from now on and avoid the inside. There was a argument at the same door where the money was asked for as I left.
