AND SGT STEVE MEYER WHO FALSIFIED WRITTEN REPORTS. MEYER ALSO DENIED ME MEDICAL TREATMENT AFTER I WAS SERIOUSLY INJURED DUE TO BEING THREATEND AND ASSAULTED BY STEVEN FINCH WITH A CHAINSAW. MEYER REFUSED IMMIDIATE TREATMENT AND CAUSED SERIOUS HARM TO ME.
