Wrong Attitude. Just rubs you the wrong way . Seriously some people don’t deserve any business . And stop with the stupid replies. You lack business skills and people skills . Understand your own issues rather than explain what the issues with your customers are. Get help and get better at what’s expected of you.
Absolute worst service, no professionalism. It would be a mistake to work with this people and a waste of your money. They tried justifying a two hour drive to bring in a Costco WARRANTY repair. Technician was rude not knowledgeable and had no sense for customer service or understanding. Stay away, thankfully I got my TV repaired by a better center due to me having to complain to Costco about them.
They could not help with my problem, but called me back within 5min and gave me a place that could help, if I ever need TV service, this will be my go to place.
