UPDATE: Very pleased with the couch I received. I have been in dispute with Leon's about an undelivered furniture purchase made at the then Leon's Cornwall store in March. Leon's have been very unhelpful but the rebranded Cornwall Furniture & Appliances store has reached out to me to resolve the matter in a very helpful way, so 5 stars to them, no stars to Leon's, who treat customers like dirt.

You need to check out this store. I walked in and Renee came over to see if I needed assistance. Her approach was spot on. I felt like she was a friend helping me find a sofa. We found exactly what I’ve been searching for - I’ve been looking for 4 months to find the perfect sofa. She spoke with the manager James and I got a great price and amazing service. Terrible overall experience. Purchased a frame and mattress and was told we’d be called a week later with delivery details. After 2 weeks with no word we called and asked to talk to sales person who no longer is working there. Asked to speak to the manager and was told he’d call us back. We never got a call back and had to call 3x more to get an answer (every time being told manager would reach out). Finally talked to the warehouse person who said it would arrive a Thursday.
