It's a shame that a few students decided to give them 1-star reviews because there's no early bus. This is a great company with great drivers.
Hi. No morning bus available. Very hard for students to reach 8:30 AM class. Please start an early bus around 6:30 AM. It is very nececary pls add more stop in cornwall. And pickup should be near university ottawa . Thx alot
Had a great experience speaking with Miss Beatrice very kind and helpful. The guidance was spot on. A few suggestions mainly for university students. There should be an early morning bus (around 6 or 7 AM) to reach 8:30 AM classes, especially on Mondays/moreover pickup points etc brookdale. there’s currently no discounted weekly or monthly pass for students at the very least, there should be one available E.g Monthly pass. There’s no early morning bus to Ottawa between 6 AM to 7 AM, making it hard for university students to reach classes on time. No student or monthly pass options either. The government should take notice. And Gov should launch buss for students how many years it take times . Pls make affordable for students moreover atleast start early buss from Cornwall and from Ottawa one buss should come late to Cornwall at 8 pm & between 9 pm. Kind regards
No service for university students to reach their classes at 8:30 am bus take 1 hour 30 mint , how a student can attend 8 :30 am class. Customer services is v good but neither there are any buss coming late from Ottawa to Cornwall . Neither it covers are job class Nor properly atudnet . Sir pls do something I will change to 5 star rating if you start a buss early morning , & give discount to students . Very much appreciated
