Excellent customer service! I booked a ticket for a wrong date and they were very quick to change it for me. This a great service for everyone who works/studies in Ottawa. The seats are comfy, the ride is smooth, and the high-speed, free Wi-Fi is definitely a plus! Highly recommend this bus for Cornwall commuters, and hoping for a Montreal route soon!
It's a shame that a few students decided to give them 1-star reviews because there's no early bus. This is a great company with great drivers.
Hi. No morning bus available. Very hard for students to reach 8:30 AM class. Please start an early bus around 6:30 AM. It is very nececary pls add more stop in cornwall. And pickup should be near university ottawa . Thx alot
