We are located in the heart of downtown Regina. One-third of our stores are unique to Regina including H&M, lululemon athletica, Bath & Body Works, Boathouse, Pandora, American Eagle Outfitters, RW&Co, Sephora, Garage, Dynamite, LUSH, Saje Wellness, Charmed Aroma and Hudson's Bay.

This place has really deteriorated. I live out of town and visited the mall today—early, right when it opened—for the first time in years. The parkade stairs reeked of strong urine, and homeless people were lingering in the parkade. I planned to grab a bite before shopping, but when I went to wash my hands, the bathroom also smelled of piss, despite being open for only 15 minutes. It killed my appetite and any desire to shop. Derelicts were everywhere—too rundown and ghetto. I won’t be going back.
It's a good place to have a quick meal with your friends and family, but other than that, the mall itself is pretty mid and needs more attractions. Also, you might encounter a few crazy people at this mall, but most of the time, they won't bother you if you mind your own business.
The Mall security needs to enforce the "no gang affiliated apparel" I read the mall rules and it indicates that no gang colour's or gang identifying features. The security tell me to take off my hood but they don't tell the yns with Bape hoodies too? The upcoming police office in cornwall is a great addition to public safety. Bape hoodies are associated with youth gangs and indicate an unstable individual.
